Motherboard
manufacturer
or
CPU
manufacturer
must
have
a
thermal
sensor,
or
have
the
capability
to
have
a
temperature
device
installed
by
or
under
the
CPU
that
measures
the
heat.
Unfortunately,
this
all
depends
on
the
manufacturer,
and
not
all
manufacturers
include
such
a
device.
If
your
computer
tells
the
temperature
of
your
CPU
as
you're
booting
up
the
computer
or
in
the
it
is
more
than
likely
you
have
one
of
these
devices
and
can
get
a
desktop
management
Interface-based
program,
either
provided
by
your
motherboard
manufacturer,
or
off
of
the
Internet
to
view
the
temperature
from
within
your
operating
system.
